InsightTab LLC (“InsightTab”, “we”, “us”) provides a web application that retail businesses use to manage employee time, inventory, and staff access. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, work email address, and the organization, role, and store access your employer assigns.
• Mobile phone number (optional): only if you add it yourself on the Account security page to receive sign-in or verification codes by text message.
• Work records: time entries, inventory counts, and similar records your employer’s staff create in the app.
• Security and technical data: sign-in events, multi-factor authentication settings, IP address, browser type, and logs used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate you, deliver the one-time codes you request, support your employer’s use of the app, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you add your mobile number, we use it only to send one-time passcodes for signing in, multi-factor authentication, and phone verification. We do not send marketing messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages are delivered through our service providers (Amazon Web Services) solely to send the codes you request.

Sharing

We share information only with your employer’s authorized administrators, with service providers that host and operate the service for us (such as Amazon Web Services, and Google if you choose Google sign-in), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of users and InsightTab. We do not sell personal information.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as your employer’s account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and multi-factor authentication options.

Your choices

You can remove your phone number or stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by asking your administrator or contacting us. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact your employer’s administrator or us.
